open the frame of choice,tap inside using the wand tool
modify expand by 4
then invert
paste a resized paper as new layer
along with your tube of choice
press delete on paper then tube after arranging it
add the ribbon over tube layer
dup it, pull copy below tube, erase off just part of it
make it look like she's sitting through ribbon
on paper layer,adjust,sharpen 5 times
this makes the glitter paper shine even more
add around a few more elements repeating the sharpen effect.
add your name and copyrights then save
