Open the template,duplicate,close original

canvas size-add 100 on H and W

select each layer one at a time

pasting a paper or texture of choice.

I used the same paper on the top and bottom layers

and for the right square,add the note paper from kit

add the little swirly element bottom of

template

add a main tube and then add the ric rac

erase off to where it just reaches the template

edges
add my word art to the note paper side

add the  ho ho ho word art

add a few more elements

around arranging as you like.
