Open two papers,place both as new layers
add the wooden frame,resize 80% till it's the size you like.
tap inside frame using wand,expand by 4
invert,then paste a large tube as new layer,arrange,press delete.
add the golden grass,duplicate place around bottom,mirror
add the wordart,add a normal size tube
this is a sort of mashed up tag.
layers hide one paper only.
merge all visible,and load a mask on this merged layer.
re-add your main tube and word art again
add your name and copyright and save.
