open the Hospitol element,duplicate
close original,image canvas size,600x600
add any 2 papers as new layers,re size both by 95% about 3 times
load two different masks on these 2 papers.
making the larger mask the paper on bottom
select inside the squares on hospitol layer,
expand by 4,then invert,paste a closeup tube
arrange tube,then press delete,select none.
add the heart with the heartbeat line
and band aid,placing to right bottom and add your main
tube just below these two layers.
effects,xero /grey tinter,play with these settings to suite you.
add the pill,and type out some text on it
after merging visible the text,and pill only,image rotate
45 to left.
add your copyright and name using a font of choice.
