Sinister Kisses

Open the blue star frame,duplicate
close original.image resize 80% 3 times
all layers un-checked.use the wand tool to select inside
modify/expand by 4.
then invert,paste a paper of choice as new layer.
resize it 80%,the press delete and selct none.
drag this below frame layer.
repeat the above steps using a closeup tube of choice.
adding the winged heart,resize also 3 times by 80%
go to effects/xero,frosted edges white.
default settings.add your little pill to the right side,top of frame.
add the splatters as new layers
duplicate,mirror then flip
add your main tube layer and place to far left.
add the word art at center bottom
I added a gradient glow using eyecandy 4
On the text,I used a glitter tile as my fill
added xenofex constellation to the glitter 4 times.
Be sure your copyright is visible on tag before closing psp.
