Open the rope frame,no resizing yet
tap inside with magic wand,modify/expand
by 3,invert
paste a dotty paper as new layer
add the pink bubbles on bottom layer
add the pink bow at top of frame.
then the tag arrange as you like
add your own text on the tag
add a couple or 3 buttons from kit,arrange as you like
add your main tube ,place her on the frame knot.
add a slight shadow.
at this point,merge layers visible only,add another paper and load a maks of choice.
If using an open mask in psp,tell it to load on
layer as is.
this keeps the sharp edges from showing on paper layer.
add your name and copyright and save your tag as a .png for use on any color background.
add your (c) and save.
