Make a 550x550 blank(transparent) image in psp
do not add a white background,instead add a black one
open a paper frok Sarah's kit,paste as new layer
resize 95% till you can see the corners
we don't want the paper to have remnants aftewards.
take a mask of choice and new mask from image
top of psp then a drop box
you may or may not need to tick the invert box
depending on how your settings are.
now merge layers/group,then visible only.
take the triple frame,rotate 90 to right
select inside each section by pressing shift key
while tapping with magic wand.
then release,select float/defloat/invert
paste a paper,and tube of choice.
back to paper layer still inverted,press delete.
repeat on tube layer.
select none,pull tube layer and paper below frame.
tube should be on top of paper.
add your favorite effect if needed
I used xero/radience.
take the other small ribboned frame and repeat the previous steps.
add effects
place it to left bottom.
make up your own word art.
mine is not supplied,as I used the crown from kit to make mine.
add a main tube add your copyrights and name.
save your tag as file format tagname.png
