Open the blue spiral clip,resize as neede

open the cute little bear,resize by 35%

place him resting on top of the spiral

add the glitter splat and arrange to bottom of tag

add the frame 1 and resize as needed

tap it inside using the wand tool

modify-expand by 3

invert,paste a closeup tube

on tube layer,arrange it as needed then press delete,select none

drag below frame layer.

merge visible, and add a shadow

adjust,hue-saturation-colorize,

both set to zero

add a soften effect

add your main tube now and repeat the shadow setting

merge all layers visible only

add a paper and load a nice mask of choice

layers merge group then visible all only.

add your name,then effect,dsb bright noise,default settings

adjust,sharpen 3 times, and add a shadow then add copyright and save.
