Open frame 3,scale to 95%
duplicate repeat scale layer to 95%
image merge visible only
open as layer,paper of choice
place below frame and erase or use the smart
scissors to remove paper over hang
add the gears duplicate,bring one to top
scale it to 56% and place bottom left
add a shadow
add the leaves,use the image rotate tool to place where you like
add the light ray element at top
repeat shadowing of choice

add the balls element and scale to 50%
duplicate place one on left
bottom
add your name and proper copyrights and save
