Make a new transparent image of 600x600

open the blue frame and any paper,and a mask

load your mask onto the paper of choice.

merge these layers visible only

add a second paper under frame and erase off

so it's not hanging out

add your tube and repeat last step.

add a slight shadow on tube.

add the bow of choice on left n right top

adding the sparkly stars under framed layer

duplicate,mirror.

add the holly and green tree,

and add the shoe house to left.

To make the avatar,

select a part using the selection tool

make a new image 140x140

paste as new layer,adding a border of 4

color from tube.

xenofex,constellation,small stars.

add copyrights to both and save.
