Select the template/open in psp
image rotate 90 to left or right/all layers checked.
begin selecting the different sections of the template.
adding a paper of choice or color.
select none,adjust add/remove noise.
making each one a bit different.
add your elements,and main tubes.
add a green gradient glow using psp or eyecandy gradient glow
add your name and artists copyright and save your tag.
