Sprite Bright

*PSP - any version (I use 10)

*Scrapkit of choice - The kit I've used is from PMTWS,

called "SPRITE"

and can be purchased for a VERY low price at

PMTWS

*Tube of choice - I've used the gorgeous work of

Pinup

Toons which can be purchased at

CILM.

Copy/paste yellow stamp frame as new image

image canvas size 600x600,then resize frame

to about 80%.

select inside each square,modify/expand by 3

invert,paste a paper and tube of choice,leaving frame

selected/inverted.

on paper press delete then on tube.

pull tube below frame.

select none.

add the sprite color element with the star,

over to right,pull below frame and paper

resize as needed.

add two flowers on top of each other,

add a button.

add green splatter to left

take to bottom layer.

add a main tube,effects/xero,soft mood

duplicate,adjust,blur

by 2,then set properties to soft light.

load a mask of choice after adding another paper on bottom layer.

add your name,and copyrights,then save.
