Open the film strip,rotate 90 degrees right
tap inside one side,one section at a time
pressing shift while doing it.
paste a closeup tube as new layer,the drag below frame
select none,duplicate,mirror
you may need to arrange it so it fits in-under frame.
apply soft light in layers properties,then
go to effects,penta,dot n cross
top set to 255,bottom set to 3 or 4
adding a paper over this,set to multiply
erase off what you don't want showing.
make sure paper is above tube layer
layers merge visible only
adding the purple ribbon,duplicate,mirror
drag below merged layer.
adding the wire element next,resize to fit
adding the pin and glitter spray as well.
add the pink clip and place on right bottom
now merge all layers visible again
add a paper and then a mask.
I used a mask from sblended, it's a film mask
duplicate the masked layer,mirror flip
add you name and adjust,sharpen 5 times then adjust add/remove noise at 60%
add your own choice of words or use mine.
add proper copyrights and save
