Can be purchased affordably at PMTWS.
Open the stitched bracket,resize by 80%
pick a paper,and tap inside the bracket with wand tool
add the naughty or nice tabs and n/n word art at the bottom
still selected,paste a closeup tube as new layer,drag below bracket,
invert on bracket and press delete on tube.
select none.
add main tube layer a nice tube,not naughty lol
add the pink present,and red stocking
apply xero-porclain to both tubes add a shadow of choice.
add your main text and copyrights now,layers merge all visible and save as a png file
