Tube of choice, I used Elias Chatzoudis

Open the blue frame,and tap inside with the wand tool.

modify,expand by 6

then invert selection,paste a paper of choice from kit.

resize it 80%,or till your able to see all 4 sides.

press delete then select none.

add the effect tramages,tow the line,default settings.

add your close up tube and erase off the over hang.

drag below frame,but above paper.

layers merge visible only

add some more elements,arrange as you like.

when done,merge visible only

add a black or white layer,drag to bottom

add the artists copyright now on the black bg.

lastly,add your mermaid tube/tubes.

arrange as you like.

add your name,layers merge visible only

leaving two tubes as sep. layers.

using the warp brush,do one tube at a time and apply a warp of your choice.

edit,copy paste as new animation into animation shop

back to psp,undo warping on both tubes,repeat the warping,in different places.

repeat the last 2 steps till you have 3 frames in as.

press edit select all,animation frames,set to 34

veiw animation.

if happy with animation,save your tag.
