Open the blue frame,resize it by 80%
add the red net
below frame,add the blue glitter splatter
add the Hawaiian flower spray to right side.
add your main tube above this layer
add a gradient glow and shadow
add the water element and fishie
wearing the santa hat,
arrange like I have or
as you like
add a paper of choice move to bottom
I used a wsl mask
