open the pink sequin,resize to 35% all layers
go to effects/plugins/muras/copies
and use these settings
then open the silver circle element
resize 35% also,adjust sharpen till your happy
duplicate and place one below sequin frame
erase off enough to make it look like
they are connected
add the garland across top,
on frame,add a closeup tube,erase out overage
add the candy cane element(circle)
dup it,mirror
looks like these are holding up the garland on top
adjust sharpen also
now on a red paper from kit,load a mask of choice.
add your main tube and place to the left of tag
dup and put one below candy circles and garland
erase what is needed.
now,layers merge visible
image flip
type out your text(name)
and merge visible then flip again
add copyrights and save
