Garvey Halloween(Animated)

This tutorial was written for those

that have a semi-working knowledge of ·Paint Shop Pro·

Supplies Needed·Alien Skin Constellation

Make a 600x600 blank image

we will re size later.

add a layer,fill with black(#000000)

add the web as new layer

bottom copy,effects alien skin constellation

using these settings

settings image is above these 2 lines
repeat these settings on each layer of web,

changing random seed only each time.

okay,hide all 3 layers for now.

add the moon with trick or treat on it

select all/float/de float

invert,paste a closeup tube as new layer

press delete after arranging it

select none,set it to overlay

re size a hat,then adjust hue saturation,set to zero on both

place it atop the moon

add a main tube and then add the cauldron

add some other elements to match it.

layers merge visible only

now un hide one web layer at a time,make sure your name and copyright are on before animation.

layer merge visible,

go to animation shop

paste as a new ani

repeat till all 3 layers are in ani shop

press view animation,save if happy.
