Open the tag back and duplicate

close original

resize to 585x526

then resize 80 all layers un checked

add the wolf braclet,resize 80% also

place to left of tag back

open the rose spray,place in center of tag back

effects,3d effects,cutout

my settings are below

place the glitter as new layer

adjust hue/saturation,both set to 0

resize 80%

add some more elements arrange around the tag back

adding this shadow setting to each

on tag back again,select all/float defloat,invert

paste your tube to far left

duplicate tube,set top layer to overlay

effects xero/porclain-default

layers merge visible,edit,copy/paste as a new image.

add your name and copyrights and save.
