Open the dashed frame,and bracket frame

duplicate both

paste the bracket frame as new layer onto dashed frame layer

select a tube to use, paste as new layer under dashed frame

effects muras copies/wallpaper rotate

default settings.

erase off the outter overhang.

paste a closeup as new layer inside the bracket frame.

add some sparkles and buttons.

add the warning sign,and flames.

add as many elements as you like.add your main tube

add your copyright and save.

duplicate,add your name and save again
